SAY NO TO DRUGS

The event was a collaborated effort by the department of social work and the department of education. The speakers created awareness among their audience regarding the harmful and detrimental effects of the use of tobacco.

Tobacco is mentioned as the biggest enemy of public health today. It is a primary cause of cancer and heart attacks. The students were informed about the adverse effects of tobacco on health and life of population. The lecturer pointed out life danger zone for the active smokers as well as shed light on the injurious effect on the passive smokers.
